Organizations, like people, have nervous systems. When they’re regulated, communication flows, decisions land, and people lead with clarity. When they’re not, misalignment and burnout take over.

I created OCW to help organizations shift from survival to sustainability—with less friction, more flow.

Change doesn’t have to be a crisis. It can be a conversation.

With over two decades of experience in transformation strategy and advanced training in systems coaching and trauma-informed leadership, I help people and teams move from reactivity to rhythm.
