What my experiences have taught me
I created OCW as a response to a leadership model that too often rewards perfection, isolation, and control—and fails to create the conditions for real transformation. I envisioned something different:
A collaborative platform where leaders grow in community, not in silos.
Where power is shared, not hoarded.
Where conflict becomes a doorway to clarity, not something to manage or avoid.
Over two decades of work across healthcare, education, corporate transformation, and government have shown me this: Lasting change isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about strengthening what’s already alive in the system.
Organizations, like people, have nervous systems. When they’re regulated, communication flows, decisions land, and teams move with clarity. When they’re not, misalignment, reactivity, and burnout take over.
I've seen how systems under pressure tend to default to control. But sustainable growth isn’t driven by pressure—it’s powered by capacity. That’s the kind of change I help organizations create.
What I do and how
I’m a Transformation Strategist and systems integrator who blends consulting, coaching, and nervous system intelligence to help organizations adapt and thrive—turning complexity into clarity and stress into strategic growth.
My approach is grounded in advanced training across systems coaching, trauma-informed facilitation, neuroscience-based leadership, and emotional agility. With a background spanning strategic planning, operational design, and leadership development, I bring both the structure and the human insight needed to support organizations through sustained change.
My strength lies in seeing what’s not being said.
Whether it’s misalignment across teams, unspoken organizational trauma, or cultural patterns that quietly block progress, I know how to name what’s underneath the surface and guide people toward clarity.
