Facilitation
Helping groups of people interact with each other more effectively across a wide range of situations, creating alignment and accountability.
At OCW, we believe that all facilitation events grow not only our clients, but ourselves and view all as ‘Train the Trainer’ opportunities.
We look to not only increase our awareness and understanding of your business, but role model ‘tools, tips’ for your leaders to build their own facilitation skills long after the session.

Operational Training
Establishing defined goals and outcomes, we will guide and manage a group event to ensure that the group's objectives are met effectively, with clear thinking, good participation and full buy-in from everyone who is involved. In addition, we will provide post session feedback on opportunities for increased engagement and/or improvement.
Process Improvement
We introduce you to the art of communication and the science of framework & methodologies and how, when they work together, transform your staff and customer experiences!
Webinars
OCW presents regular webinars across a series of topics that expand the topics within our Blog ‘Growing New Perspectives’ or ‘Whispers of Organizational Change’
Ranging from 30-90 min, participants can register and learn at their own pace!
Project/Team Effectiveness
A great session for managing conflict and politics that impact progress, we create and hold a safe space for vulnerability and transparency, while looking at identifying goals:
What do we want to START doing in this team/project?
What do we want to CONTINUE doing in this team/project?
What do we want to STOP doing in this team/project?
The session ends with clear alignment and achievable action items and accountability, with follow up sessions 30-60-90 days post.
“Jo-Ann assessed the situation quickly, provided individual and team coaching, and conducted multiple workshops with internal and customer teams to align on priorities and approaches. She ran workshops like a boss, easily built trust with team members and empowered them to ask for the help they needed, and supported them and held them accountable as they took steps to achieve their goals.”
