Effective Communication
Utilizing visuals and developed soft skills that strategically express information quickly and in a simplified manner for organizational wide consumption.
At OCW, we believe that effective communication is the cornerstone to an organization’s success.
Without solid communication, leaders, and staff and your customers quickly begin to feel like ‘hamsters on a wheel’ trying to move forward with little or no progress resulting in frustration, burn out and loss of business.
We focus on the different ways to communicate within the organization to build successful experiences that transcend!

Areas of effective

Effective Presentations
Often leaders spend too much time creating long and detailed presentations that lose their audience within the first 5 min! At OCW we teach you the art of great presentations through two lenses: ‘Less is More, and You Are The Expert’.
Integrating design and soft skill development, we work to build templates and frameworks that take the time and stress out of presentations resulting in compelling documents and experiences of engagement of all audiences.
Program Documentation
Successful programs come from thoughtful framework and content that not only builds the foundation but creates room for growth and change.
Using key program ‘markers’ we co-create with leaders the program fundamentals and draft templates for documentation that can be adapted and managed long after its launch.
Training Documentation
Everyone retains information in different means: Some are more visual, while others need interactive or auditory support- At OCW we recognize that training can also be the last thing’ employees want to do, so we collaborate and co-create both the experience and documentation that makes this necessity fun and engaging!
We also look to ensure consistently and options to learn are aligned and measured o a regular basis so that the framework can be changed with ease.
Power Skills Training
Moving from fixed to growth mindset, we encourage participants to look at their own methods of communication both from a verbal and non-verbal lens, while introducing the tools of ‘Positive Intelligence’ and ‘Body Language’ to achieve intended outcomes.
“With respect to my own coaching, Jo-Ann never told me what I needed to do to reach my professional goals, but continually brought her curiosity and enquiry as to what I truly wanted. This helped me take accountability and identify how and where I was standing in my own way. It was also very empowering and created lots of opportunity in my personal and professional growth. She is a ‘Communication Change Agent’ at all levels within an organization!”
